What we keep,and why.
The short version
We collect what you type into the membership application and the contact form, and nothing else about you. There is no advertising tracker on this site and no third-party embed reading this page over your shoulder.
The site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies: a visit is recognised by a hash of the request that resets every day, so a visitor cannot be followed from one day to the next or across other websites, and page views are not tied to anyone's identity or IP address.
What the application collects
Your name, the name you would like on your badge at events, your email address, your phone number, your city, the Lamborghini you are applying with, anything you write in the notes box, and your acknowledgement of the waiver — recorded with the name you typed, the date and time, and which version of the waiver was on screen.
For a couples membership, each of the two members gives their own details and their own waiver acknowledgement.
What the contact form collects
Your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message.
With either form we also note how you found the site: any campaign tags in the page address, and the name of the website that sent you here, if there was one — never the full address of that page.
Keeping out automated floods
To stop a form being flooded, each submission is counted against a salted, one-way hash of the internet address it came from. The address itself is never stored, and the hash is deleted within about 25 hours.
Who can see it
The club officers who have a Club Panel login. SessDev, the club's web provider, has support access while the panel is being set up. It is not sold, rented, shared with partners, or used to send you anything other than club correspondence.
How long we keep it
Members' details are kept for as long as the membership lasts, then as the club is advised.
An application the club declines is deleted automatically 12 months after the decision. The record of the waiver acknowledgement — the name, which version of the waiver, and when it was accepted — is kept, for as long as the club is advised to keep it.
A message sent through the contact form is deleted automatically 12 months after the club closes it. Applications still being reviewed, and messages the club has not yet closed, are kept until the club acts on them.
You do not have to wait for any of this: ask through the contact form and your application or message is deleted. Only the waiver record is kept.
Asking us for a copy, or to delete it
Send a request through the contact form. You can ask for a copy of everything held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
